Rinse the chicken and put it in the large basin or bowl. Add the next three ingredients and place in the refrigerator overnight.

When you are ready to do your barbeque chicken, place the legs two at a time in aluminum foil and seal it tightly. Place in a oven that has been preheated to three hundred and fifty degrees and cook for about an hour and a half.

Take the legs out of the oven and peel back the aluminum foil. You then need to brush the chicken with barbeque sauce, whether it is store bought or homemade, make sure that you cover the chicken.

Turn your broiler on high, and place the chicken under it. This step will take about 1-2 minutes so watch it very carefully. When the skin crisps up, you know that it is ready. Do not leave it in too long or it will burn.
