The Perfect Summer Menu For A Barbeque Dinner from the GrillSummer is just around the corner, planning menu ideas ahead of time will create an easy preparation for a fun barbeque dinner grill and it is a great way to make sure you are prepared for unexpected guests. Cooking dinner on the barbeque grill is an exciting way to experiment with new foods and food combinations. Salmon Makes A Delightful Grilled Entrée For A Barbeque Dinner PartyLearning to cook salmon on the barbeque can be very fun and exciting. Using a 4-6 ounce salmon fillet, one per guest, is a great way to determine how many pieces of fish you will need for a dinner party. For the salmon glaze, make a sauce that contains one-tablespoon maple syrup, one-tablespoon hoisin sauce, 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard dressing and seasoning such as salt and pepper to taste. This delicious topping is brushed upon each piece of salmon and then basted onto each piece of fish during grill time. Be sure that you continue to glaze the pieces of salmon equally while cooking. Cooking time should take approximately 10-12 minutes; the fish is done when it flakes easily with a fork. A Barbeque Dinner grill Isn't Complete Without Grilled VegetablesGrilling corn on the cob is a wonderful addition to a salmon dinner.
Provide one full piece of corn on the cob for each guest. Pull the husks
back from the corn but do not detach from the cob itself. Remove and
discard the silk inside the husk. Clean and pat dry the corncobs and
spread with butter or olive oil. Pull the husks back up and tie at the
top. Grill for 12-15 minutes until charred slightly. When corn is done,
provide fresh butter for your guests to use, flavored butter that
include spices or parmesan cheese are also popular options to use on
corn on the cob. |
